Some links on this site are affiliate links. This page explains exactly how that works, what it affects, and — more importantly — what it does not.
Not every commercial link here is an affiliate link. My own products — the paid templates and anything else sold through my Gumroad store — are mine, not a third party's: there is no commission and no affiliate ID, the price comes to me less Gumroad's fees, and each one is marked as my own product where it appears. Nothing on this page applies to them; how they are sold is set out under Our own products below.

How It Works
You click a marked link
When you click an affiliate link, you are directed to the product or service provider. A tracking identifier may be included in the URL so the provider can attribute the visit to this site.
You complete an action
If you sign up, subscribe, or make a purchase on the provider's platform, the provider attributes that to this site. In most programmes you are not charged anything extra — the price is typically the same as going directly, though offers and pricing are set by the provider and can change.
This site earns a commission
The provider pays this site a commission — typically a one-time or recurring fee. That commission is paid by the provider, not deducted from your payment or added to your cost.
Does Not Affect
Affiliate compensation does not influence the following. This is not a general assurance — it is a commitment set out in the editorial policy that governs every piece on this site.
- Which products or tools are recommended in any article or list
- The conclusions drawn about a product — positive, negative, or mixed
- Whether a product with an affiliate arrangement is included at all
- The accuracy standards or editorial principles applied to any piece
- How prominently a product appears relative to non-affiliate alternatives
- Whether a product is criticised honestly when warranted

Educational resources
Finance books, courses, or structured learning platforms relevant to Indian personal finance and wealth building.
Productivity & business tools
Software subscriptions, spreadsheet tools, or apps relevant to the productivity and systems content on this site.
Templates by other creators
Resume, Notion and similar templates that other creators sell on Gumroad, linked through Gumroad Affiliates, which pays a fixed 10% of a sale made within seven days of a click on my link. Each is named as another creator’s product wherever it appears, and the guide about it works from the public listing: price, contents, ratings and refund terms.
How Disclosed
Affiliate links are disclosed at the point of relevance — on the page or article that contains them, not buried in a sitewide footer. The Tools I Use page carries a disclosure note. Articles with affiliate links carry a disclosure near the top.

Our own products
The paid templates on this site are my own products, sold through my Gumroad store (jaysudha.gumroad.com). Gumroad handles checkout, payment and delivery; every template page shows the price before you click.
- Editorial content is not written to sell them. Guides are chosen and written for readers first.
- An article that mentions one of my templates says that it is mine and gives its price on Gumroad.
- Links to my products name only the page they come from (for example
utm_source=jaysudha), so Gumroad's sales report shows which page a sale started on. They carry no affiliate ID and nothing that identifies you. - Which tools, products or services I recommend follows the Recommendation Methodology, and my own products are held to it like anything else.
